Seasoned Sauteed Mushrooms

Sauteed mushrooms seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and other spices. Perfect to top off steaks, chicken, or to just eat on its own!

This is another one of my dad’s recipes. He loved to cook these and just eat them by themselves, but they are amazing as toppers for all kinds of meats. 

These are pretty easy to make and it only takes a couple minutes to whip up. I usually have most of these ingredients on hand too.

These also make a great appetizer or side dish too if you wish to use them for that!

Ingredients for Seasoned Sauteed Mushrooms

1 pound mushrooms

1 stick butter

1-2 Tablespoons browning sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to make Seasoned Sauteed Mushrooms

Rinse the mushrooms and slice them up..

Melt the butter in a frying pan on high heat.

Pour the mushrooms in the pan and stir them up with the butter. Add the salt and pepper, cover and let them cook for about 4 minutes.

When it starts to boil, add the browning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.

Cover and let it steam for about 30 seconds or so.

  4. Cover and let them cook for about 4 minutes.
