Monkey bread made with frozen rolls, brown sugar, pudding mix, and butter. Just layer it all in a bundt pan for an easy breakfast treat!
This recipe is pretty simple! Just layer in the ingredients, let it sit out to allow the rolls to rise, and bake it in a bundt pan. That’s it!
This monkey bread recipe is from my grandma and she has always used the Rhode’s frozen bake n serve dinner rolls. Now you do need to allow some time to let the rolls rise, so plan a little ahead when making this.
I like to make it at night, let it sit all through the night time and then cook it in the morning. It needs to sit for about 8-10 hours before cooking to let the rolls rise.
It seems like a lot, but it only takes about 5 minutes to layer the ingredients in and the rest of the time is just waiting. Then in the morning, just pop it in the oven for about 30 minutes.
This is an awesome centerpiece dish. Looks amazing for the little bit of work put in!
