Hash brown casserole baked with a cheesy sauce and topped with corn flakes. Easy side dish for brunch or dinner and serves a crowd!
This hash brown casserole is super easy to make and is super delicious! My family loves to make this for all the holidays. It is the perfect potato side dish to serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! It is baked in a 9×13 casserole dish so it makes enough to serve a lot of people!
To make things really easy, I use the frozen hash browns and a can of cream of chicken soup. I have used both the shredded and cubed hash browns and they both turned out great!
This is also a perfect dish to make ahead of time and then reheat when it is time to serve.
